VACATION
Invited recognizes the importance of the annual vacation as a period for rest and relaxation. The vacation policy for a Full-Time Regular Employee is:

| 0-1 Year | 5 days - Non-Exempt 10 days - Exempt |
:46 minutes - Non-Exempt 1:33 hours - Exempt |
40 hours - Non-Exempt 80 hours - Exempt |
| 2-4 Year | 10 days | 1:33 hours | 100 hours |
| 5-9 Year | 15 days | 2:19 hours | 150 hours |
| 10+ | 20 days | 3:05 hours | 200 hours |
Vacation is calculated based on your anniversary date. You will start accruing Vacation on your first day of employment and will become eligible to use your accrued Vacation after you have completed 90 calendar days of continuous service.
You may have a total of up to the maximum number of hours of unused vacation time listed above. When you reach the maximum number hours of vacation, you will not accrue any additional vacation until the amount of your unused vacation is less than the maximum number of hours allowed.
