LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Under certain conditions and subject to the provision of the applicable program(s) an Employee Partner may be granted a leave of absence under the following leave programs:

  • The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Medical Leave of Absence
  • Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA)
  • Various State Specific Leaves

If you will absent from work for more than 5 days due to your own illness or injury or to care for a family member who is injured or ill, please contact the Benefits Department as soon as possible at 800-800-4615 or psbenefits@clubcorp.com. Failure to report a leave of absence and participate in the leave of absence process may result in your leave being denied and/or disciplinary action.

Entering Time Way While on LOA
When entering vacation and/or sick time for an Employee on a leave of absence, follow these instructions:

  • In ADP, after logging in, select your paygroup on the right.
  • From the paygroup, you will see ALL employees who have ever worked at the Club.
  • Select the Employee and enter their hours.

VACATION

Invited recognizes the importance of the annual vacation as a period for rest and relaxation. The vacation policy for a Full-Time Regular Employee is:

Service as of Anniversary Date Vacation Days Accured Accural Rate per Week Maximum Number of Hours
0-1 Year 5 days - Non-Exempt
10 days - Exempt
:46 minutes - Non-Exempt
1:33 hours - Exempt
40 hours - Non-Exempt
80 hours - Exempt
2-4 Year 10 days 1:33 hours 100 hours
5-9 Year 15 days 2:19 hours 150 hours
10+ 20 days  3:05 hours 200 hours

 

Vacation is calculated based on your anniversary date. You will start accruing Vacation on your first day of employment and will become eligible to use your accrued Vacation after you have completed 90 calendar days of continuous service.

You may have a total of up to the maximum number of hours of unused vacation time listed above. When you reach the maximum number hours of vacation, you will not accrue any additional vacation until the amount of your unused vacation is less than the maximum number of hours allowed.
