Flex and Tone with Audra With upbeat music and high energy, this class will get you moving with total body targeting moves and cardio bursts. Designed with interval training, we start with a base move that will evolve into a compound movement ending in a cardio push. Higher and lower intensity options are given to suit all fitness levels.
