Fitness & Wellness at Coto de Caza

The Sports Club at Coto de Caza is where our Members take advantage of the convenience of training to achieve better health and wellness or to improve their golf or tennis game—right here at our Orange County gym.

We are proud to offer a convenient, all-inclusive sports, fitness and wellness facility that gives each Member the tools and resources they need to achieve all their personal and sports-related fitness goals. With an assortment of daily group fitness classes, Pilates, golf, tennis, goal-specific personal training and more – our Members can train, recover, rejuvenate and see results all under one roof.

All Members can start a new fitness program or overcome a plateau safely and effectively by scheduling a complimentary FIT START session with one of our NCCA-certified personal trainers. PERSONAL TRAINING IN ORANGE COUNTY

Just getting started or not meeting your fitness goals? The Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club certified personal trainers are here for you. Our Members and trainers work together to unlock results utilizing the latest safe, effective, science-based training and nutritional methods. Personal one-on-one training is available in 50 min, 25 min (executive sessions) and Small Group Training (HIIT) formats.

REFORMER PILATES

People train in Pilates to gain flexibility, improve spinal alignment, reduce stress, and develop a healthier life and spirit. 

Developed by Joseph Pilates and brought to the USA in 1925, “Contrology” or modern-day Pilates is an exercise method that uses resistance through springs and proper alignment to strengthen and tone the core, increase flexibility and correct posture alignment through mindful breathing and disciplined movement. 

Wherever you go, your membership goes, too.

While our Club is exclusively open to Members and their guests, our Members have special access and opportunities at many other top-tier country clubs and golf courses in the Orange County area and nationwide through our relationship to the Invited Network. Wherever you go, your membership goes with you.

Membership Categories

Full Golf

Includes access to 36 championship holes of Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf courses, driving range, short game practice facility, access to 10 fully lit tennis & pickleball courts and MGA/WGA event calendar. Members also enjoy full access to the clubhouse, restaurants, sports club, group fitness classes, year-round heated pools/jacuzzi and a full calendar of social events.

Limited Golf

Includes access to 36 championship holes of Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf courses, driving range, short game practice facility* and access to 10 fully lit tennis & pickleball courts. Members also enjoy full access to the clubhouse, restaurants, sports club, group fitness classes, year-round heated pools/jacuzzi and a full calendar of social events. *Golf course, driving range, and golf practice facilities Sunday 12:00pm - Friday

Coto South Golf

Includes access to 18 championship holes of our Robert Trent Jones, Jr designed South course, driving range, short game practice facility and two practice greens*. Members also enjoy full use of our 10 fully lit tennis courts, clubhouse, restaurants, sports club, group fitness classes, year-round heated pools/jacuzzi and a full calendar of social events. *South golf course, driving range and golf practice facilities Tuesday-Sunday after 2:00pm

Tennis

Includes access to 10 fully lit tennis courts, pickleball, Pac-Sun and USTA league play, Men's Saturday Morning Doubles, social and competitive events. Members also enjoy full access to the clubhouse, restaurants, sports club, group fitness classes, year-round heated pools/jacuzzi and a full calendar of social events.

Social

Includes exclusive access to our clubhouse, restaurant, sports club, fitness center, over 25 complimentary weekly group exercise classes, year-round heated pools/jacuzzi as well as a full calendar of social events.

Golf

Coto de Caza features a rarity for our area: not one but two 18-hole courses for golfers of all abilities to enjoy as they practice their swing.

Tennis

Not only can you play tennis at Coto de Caza, you can improve your game thanks to four full-time and three part-time tennis pros, along with lessons and clinics to help you get your game in top shape. And you can do all of this on a Stadium Center court.

Dining

Coto de Caza offers three diverse dining venues – El Molino, The Preserve and The Craftsman – that Members can take advantage of for a quick bite or a more leisurely meal. Dig in!

Swimming

Want to stay in shape? Take advantage of our three pools, each designed for a certain age group and swimming level. Members can also take advantage of our Jacuzzi.
