If you're a morning person, come on in and try this great combo class. First part of the workout is SPIN which is designed for all fitness levels; this class focuses on drills that build power and endurance. The classes are designed with high intensity bursts that push past your anerobic threshold to increase your cycling power. Second part of the class is STRETCH. You will feel better, improve your performance, and prevent injuries. A must for everyone!!!

Members rotate through 10-16 stations working for 45 seconds and then have a 15 second break to go to the next exercise. You will go through the Circuit 2-3 times. The exercises will incorporate all major muscle groups and all levels can attend because you can modify any station. Come check it out and get a great workout!!!
