Pyramid Club

The Pyramid Club took part in a charity event, benefiting Jaws Youth Playbook, which raised over $500k in one evening!  The Club contributed a tasting dinner for 10 people, in addition to a few other donations from other clubs in their community of clubs, including Tower Tysons, French Creek, North Hills, City Wash, Cherry Valley and Rivers Club.  The Club’s donation was featured at the live auction on stage with Freddie Mitchell, former Eagles wide receiver, and presented/hosted by Ron Jaworski.

The Jaws Youth Playbook (Ron Jaworski Foundation) is an organization that focuses on the mission to improve the overall health wellness of at-risk youth in the Greater Philadelphia region. The organization is responsible for providing athletic programming for youth (partnering with the Boys & Girls club), partnering with local Farmer’s Markets to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to underserved communities and a whole lot more! With the help of Pyramid Club Chef Sylva Senat and the attendance of Freddie Mitchell at the tasting, the tasting dinner raised $4,000, which was one of the highest bids – only falling short to a package that included a signed Taylor Swift guitar. Everyone enjoyed a great evening and helped a great cause with an important mission.
