Monica Bitrick is the Membership Director of the Woodside Country Club and is help all our Woodside Country Club Family live their best lives! Bitrick is a originally from Idaho and relocated to Aiken, South Carolina in 2021. Bitrick earned her Bachelor Degrees in General Business Administration and HR Management from Boise State University – and in turn is an avid BSU supporter (GO BRONCOS). Bitrick previously served in executive leadership positions with the YMCA, Advantage Employer Solutions, ADP, and Manpower Global. Aside from dedicating her career to helping both for profit businesses and non-profit organizations thrive, Bitrick is dedicated to serving the community. She has served as Board member for the Suicide Prevention Action Network, Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation, and a member of Rotary Club of Aiken. She has also served as the Chair for the Young Professionals Network, Military Affairs Committee, Boise State Athletic Association, and as a Board Member for the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce. She regularly volunteers for great causes and events including A Place to Dream Bed Program, the College of Eastern Idaho, and Relay for Life. Bitrick was recently named as a Southeast Idaho Professional of the Year Honoree by the Idaho State Journal, Distinguished Under 40 Award recipient by the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce, and an Accomplished Under 40 Award Recipient by the Idaho Business Review.

In addition to playing at the Division II level, Arturo brings many years of teaching experience to Woodside Plantation. Most recently, he served as Director of Tennis at Houndslake Country Club, where he started as Head Tennis Professional in 2010, was promoted in two short years to the Director’s role and, within six months, helped increase tennis membership by more than 50 percent. Throughout his career, Arturo has established and trained students in leagues, clinics, tournaments, and social events at both the adult and junior levels. His desire to get both experienced and non-experienced tennis players motivated and excited about the sport is unmatched. Through mixers, quads, men’s and women’s night out, and junior round robins, he is passionate about keeping all levels of athletes involved in the tennis community.
