Fit *Golf* Fun
By popular demand, the Fit-Golf-Fun golf development program is back and better than ever! Join Lori Tatum - Player Development Professional, and Lisa Stults – Certified Golf Fitness Specialist, at The Clubs of Kingwood Forest Driving Range for this amazing program. If you’re looking for a way to enhance your physical conditioning while also improving your golf game, you’re in luck! Our 4-week session is open to golfers of ALL skill levels and will help you enjoy the sport even more than you already do. We will work together to prevent injuries and help you swing your clubs more efficiently than ever before! Week 1 – Balance/Flexibility & Driver/Fairway Woods During the first week, we will schedule readings on our PRGR & TrackMan and our Styku Week 2– Flexibility/Stability & Up/Downs Week 3 – Stability/Strength & Long and Short Pitches Week 4 – Strength/Endurance & Hybrids/Irons Each weekly clinic at the Forest Driving Range, will consist of 30 minutes of golf specific fitness training which will focus on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance followed by 45 minutes of PGA Professional Instruction with our player development professional, and then fun in the Forest Icehouse. (can you say free drink ticket!) September session will meet each Monday in September starting on the 9th at 11:00am October session will meet each Monday in October starting on the 7th at 11:00am Attend 1 session or both! Class is limited to the first 12 people to register. The cost is $180 per 4-week session.

HOW LOW CAN YOU GO??? 9-holes ALL LEVELS (Beginners to the Most competitive) welcome! $40 Per event includes drink ticket Test your skills to see if you can shoot 39 or less just playing 9-holes at the 100 yard markers? Or can you shoot under 27 for 9 holes? Dare to try and reach the 39 or less scoring a scoring goal to advance back 150 yards, then 200 yards; then 34 from the modified, Forward tees. If you make it pass this tough feat the goal is 35 from the White Tees, Blue tee then finally to the Championship. How low can you go? All levels welcome! Closest to the pin contests, and hats for those who advance, along with pro shop credit to division leaders….along with bragging rights all over KWCC that you learned the true nature of the game...BALL IN THE HOLE in the least amount of strokes as possible.

HOW LOW CAN YOU GO??? 9-holes ALL LEVELS (Beginners to the Most competitive) welcome! $40 Per event includes drink ticket Test your skills to see if you can shoot 39 or less just playing 9-holes at the 100 yard markers? Or can you shoot under 27 for 9 holes? Dare to try and reach the 39 or less scoring a scoring goal to advance back 150 yards, then 200 yards; then 34 from the modified, Forward tees. If you make it pass this tough feat the goal is 35 from the White Tees, Blue tee then finally to the Championship. How low can you go? All levels welcome! Closest to the pin contests, and hats for those who advance, along with pro shop credit to division leaders….along with bragging rights all over KWCC that you learned the true nature of the game...BALL IN THE HOLE in the least amount of strokes as possible.

Sunday Junior Golf Tour Dates Offered during the school year for all KWCC members & current coaching participants, ages 6-18. 9-holes from: 100 yds, 150 yds, 200 yds, Junior Tees, Forward Tees for Boys & Girls.
