About Liz
My name is Liz Day! I have been working in the fitness and wellness industry for two years with a background in personal training and Strength & Conditioning. I have worked with various collegiate sports teams at the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University while training with people one on one. Along with strength training, I have an extensive background in dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading, which grew my love for mobility and stretching. I have a deep passion for wanting to show people what they're capable of and how fitness can improve all aspects of life. I’m here to help build confidence while building muscle!

About Casey
My name is Casey, and I am the Fitness Coordinator here at the Rivers Club. I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer since the time I was 11 years old. I went to Slippery Rock University and have a bachelor's degree in Fitness Management along with a Personal Training Certification through ACSM. I have a wide variety of training experience from working in a physical therapy clinic where I assisted patients with rehab exercises to small group strength training and bootcamps. I have personal experience growing up as an athlete and having trained as a bodybuilder. I love being a part of someone's fitness journey and helping them reach their goals while celebrating every achievement they make along the way!

My name is Antonio Petrucelli, I am CSCS certified and specialize in strength and conditioning training. I was a former wrestler at the University of Pittsburgh and have worked with Pitt Football as a strength and conditioning coach. I am super passionate about building genuine relationships with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals!

I am passionate about living an active lifestyle and fueling my body to feel my absolute best and I look forward to sharing this passion with you! I specialize in nutrition education, corrective exercise, and core strength and stability. My aim is to provide each individual with the tools, accountability, and positivity to reach their goals. My name is Elle and I have a passion for helping others live a happy and healthy lifestyle by learning simple, yet effective skills to implement proper nutrition and healthy exercise habits.
I enjoy working with people of all ages, and specifically helping people with their post rehabilitative exercise journeys, proper spinal alignment techniques and older populations.

About Robby
I am an energetic, driven, and established personal trainer with over 10 years of experience training here at the Rivers Club. Creating changes in the lives of my clients, coaching them towards living healthy lifestyles and a sense of well-being. Focusing on building strength, and good movement over maxes. Outside of the club, I take my love for exercise and fitness to the community of Shaler. Where I am the Strength and Conditioning Coach of Shaler Area High School and the head coach of the Shaler Area Girls Flag Football Team. I tactfully influence those within my sphere of influence to become and achieve more, in the classroom, on the field, and in the weight room. When I am not coaching, I spend my free time with my wife Bethany, and our dog Happy; enjoying pizza Fridays, craft beer, and a good movie.
