Squash
Lessons for all levels and group clinics can be arranged. We also offer racket stringing, racket rental and all supplies that may be needed to help you master your game.
Yoga Studio
With a brand-new head-to-toe Yoga Room renovation, consider this the #1 spot for low-impact style classes. Although yoga is our #1 attended class, you can find members jumping in to do some Barre, Pilates, or a Sound Bath Meditation.
Personal Training
Tired of wanting to be fit, going to the gym, and not knowing what to do? Our well-educated and highly experienced Personal Trainers are here to help you not only set goals but reach them.
Group Fitness
Be a part of a community while working out. From low-impact stretching classes all the way to high-intensity HIIT workouts, we have a group class schedule that fits all your wants and needs. Our group class schedule changes frequently and includes weekly pop-up classes to incorporate new and exciting ways to get fit.
Massage
Our massage therapists offer a variety of massage services: deep tissue massage, reflexology, prenatal massage, myofascial release, sports massage, and neuromuscular/ trigger point massage. We have many packages to fit your weekly, monthly, or drop-in needs. Please contact our Fitness center for gift certificates.

Dive In For Your Daily Swim! Whether you want to get a few laps in or you swim to relax at the end of a long day, swimming at the Club can’t be beaten.
Locker Rooms
Locker rooms are fully appointed with steam rooms, saunas, spa services, and toiletries. Locker rentals provide the consistency of a permanent locker with the convenience of laundry and towel service. Day lockers are available to members and guests upon request. While you work out, ask one of our locker room attendants to give your shoes a quick shine!
Nutrition Coaching
Paying attention to your nutrition is more than just a diet. When you work with our well-trained and passionate Nutrition Coach, you will be taught the value of consistency and lifestyle change. On top of an individual program, you will have access to an accountability group and monthly Nutrition Events such as; in-person cooking classes, virtual nutrition coaching, and meal planning workshops.
