FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our flexible private party spaces range from intimate rooms for small family lunches to grand configurations that can accommodate anywhere from 175 up to 300 guests depending on your exact floor plan layout.
How far in advance should I book my event?
Large galas, school parties, and holiday banquets are best booked 6–12 months in advance. Smaller milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, and bridal showers can often be scheduled with less notice.
Is outside catering allowed?
No. All food and beverage service is provided by our in-house culinary team to ensure quality and consistency.
Can I bring in outside vendors for décor or entertainment?
Yes. While all catering and bar services are provided by the Club, we welcome outside vendors for décor, entertainment, and photography. We also have trusted preferred vendors we can recommend.
Do I need to be a Member to host a celebration at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from brunches and casual buffets to elegant plated dinners and cocktail receptions.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes the support of our private events staff to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
