Founded by Justus C. Martin Jr., the Club began with a simple yet enduring vision: to create a private club that was both refined and welcoming, where business, community, and genuine hospitality could thrive under one roof. He invited friends and respected leaders from across Atlanta to become Charter Members, laying the foundation for a community that continues to grow today.

Originally located atop the East Tower of the Atlanta Financial Center, Buckhead Club quickly became known as a destination where productive days naturally gave way to memorable evenings. Members gathered to host clients, enjoy exceptional dining, strengthen friendships, and connect with others who shared a passion for the city they called home.

After two decades of growth, Buckhead Club relocates to the 26th floor of the iconic Sovereign Building. The new Club opens with expanded dining and event spaces, enhanced technology, and sweeping panoramic views that become an unmistakable part of the Buckhead experience.
