Fireside Restaurant & Lounge

A relaxed yet refined clubhouse setting at Blackstone where Members gather for cocktails, lunch, dinner, patio evenings, wine pairings, and live entertainment. Step outside to enjoy Colorado sunset views and a dining experience that feels easy, familiar, and connected to club life.

Craft Restaurant

Located at Black Bear, Craft Restaurant offers grill fare, dinner selections, veranda dining, live music, and themed specials in a welcoming Parker golf club setting. It is a natural stop after a round, a casual dinner with friends, or an evening at the Club.

What dining options are available at the Club?
Members can enjoy a variety of casual and upscale-casual dining experiences across Blackstone and Black Bear, including lunch, dinner, weekend brunch at Blackstone, bar and lounge dining, and seasonal patio dining. We also offer grab-and-go selections in the cafe, special event dining, wine experiences, and rotating weekly features.
What type of cuisine does the Club offer?
Our culinary team offers approachable, elevated American cuisine with seasonal influences. Menus feature club favorites alongside fresh salads, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, chef-driven entrées, and rotating seasonal specials. We also offer themed dining experiences, wine dinners, holiday menus, and special culinary events throughout the year.
Are reservations required for dining?
Reservations are encouraged, particularly for dinner, weekend brunch, special events, and peak dining times. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. Reservations help our team provide the best possible experience and prepare for Member dining needs.
