Do I need to be a member to have my wedding at The Clubs of Kingwood?
No. Weddings at Kingwood are open to both members and nonmembers. Members enjoy preferred pricing and exclusive benefits, but everyone is welcome to celebrate their special day here.
What is included in a wedding package?
Packages include tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, and dedicated staff for setup and service. A private event director is also included to help you plan and execute every detail seamlessly.
What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?
Choose from a variety of beautiful settings across our properties—from elegant ballrooms and private dining rooms to outdoor terraces and greenside views surrounded by the natural beauty of the Livable Forest.
Does The Clubs of Kingwood provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our in-house culinary team offers customizable menus, from elegant plated dinners to lively cocktail receptions, along with full bar service tailored to your preferences and budget.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes. You may bring your preferred vendors such as florists, photographers, entertainers, and decorators. Our event team is also happy to recommend trusted partners who know our spaces well.
How far in advance should I book my wedding?
We recommend reserving your date 9–12 months in advance for peak seasons, though some dates may be available sooner depending on your preferred space.
