Youth Fitness Certification
Gleneagles Youth Fitness Certification Saturday, June 26th | 12:00pm - 1:00pm | Ages 12 - 16 | $10 per child On the last Saturday of every month, we will be offering our youngest Members between the ages of 12 and 16 the opportunity to earn our new Youth Fitness Certification! With this certification, children that are 12 - 13 years old will be able access the Fitness Center if they if they are accompanied by an adult, and children that are 14 - 16 years old will be able to access the Fitness Center without adult supervision. The Youth Fitness Certification class will include: An overview of the rules and etiquette of the Fitness Center. Instruction on how to use cardio and strength equipment properly and safely. Education on the policies and expectations of those that receive the Youth Fitness Certification. If you are interested in signing your child up for this certification course, please follow the link below. Parent's may accompany their child to this certification course with no additional charge.

Beginner Yoga - Workshop Series
NEW TO YOGA? We know walking into a yoga class can be intimidating as a newbie. Our 6 week Beginner Yoga Series will help you build your skills and grow confidence to join our all level classes. Build a solid foundation and understanding of the practice, learn basic poses and body alignment, as well as different modifications that can be used as your ability grows. This class will be taught in a workshop format which encourages questions and discussion during the practice. Saturday's June 4th - July 12th (No class on July 2nd due to holiday weekend) $120/series or $25/class

Youth Fitness Certification
Gleneagles Youth Fitness Certification Saturday, June 26th | 12:00pm - 1:00pm | Ages 12 - 16 | $10 per child On the last Saturday of every month, we will be offering our youngest Members between the ages of 12 and 16 the opportunity to earn our new Youth Fitness Certification! With this certification, children that are 12 - 13 years old will be able access the Fitness Center if they if they are accompanied by an adult, and children that are 14 - 16 years old will be able to access the Fitness Center without adult supervision. The Youth Fitness Certification class will include: An overview of the rules and etiquette of the Fitness Center. Instruction on how to use cardio and strength equipment properly and safely. Education on the policies and expectations of those that receive the Youth Fitness Certification. If you are interested in signing your child up for this certification course, please follow the link below. Parent's may accompany their child to this certification course with no additional charge.
