Summer Tri-For-Fun Challenge June - July | Complimentary to All Members | Registration is Required With a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run, the Ironman Triathlon is one of the most physically and mentally challenging events an athlete can participate in. The Tri-For-Fun-Summer Triathlon Challenge allows members to complete the same distance over the course of a month, and since we know summer schedules and traveling can be tricky, this challenge can be completed in June, July, or any four consecutive weeks in between. Kids Self Defense

Adult Happy Hour & Kids Self Defense Happy Hour Every Wednesday | 4:30-5:30pm | $20 per class *limited to 10 kids | 8 – 12 yr old preferred Every parent needs some kid free time and every kid could benefit from self defense! Why not do both at the same time?! Enjoy dinner or drinks every Wednesday evening while your kids take advantage of our new Kids Self Defense Class! In this course, your child will learn what to do when confronted by a bully and how to de-escalate the situation. Students will learn how to react in multiple scenarios including defending against a strike, how to effectively deliver a strike and how to handle an altercation that progresses to the ground. This course is led by Shane Kimler, a Certified Personal Trainer and Mixed Martial Arts Specialist, who is an active purple belt Brazilian Jui-Jitsu competitor and a gold medalist in local grappling tournaments.

Kids Self Defense

Adult Happy Hour & Kids Self Defense Happy Hour Every Wednesday | 4:30-5:30pm | $20 per class *limited to 10 kids | 8 – 12 yr old preferred Every parent needs some kid free time and every kid could benefit from self defense! Why not do both at the same time?! Enjoy dinner or drinks every Wednesday evening while your kids take advantage of our new Kids Self Defense Class! In this course, your child will learn what to do when confronted by a bully and how to de-escalate the situation. Students will learn how to react in multiple scenarios including defending against a strike, how to effectively deliver a strike and how to handle an altercation that progresses to the ground. This course is led by Shane Kimler, a Certified Personal Trainer and Mixed Martial Arts Specialist, who is an active purple belt Brazilian Jui-Jitsu competitor and a gold medalist in local grappling tournaments.
