Do you offer golf instruction?
Absolutely, Walnut Creek Country Club offers professional instruction led by experienced golf professionals, with private lessons, group clinics, and player development programs designed for all skill levels. The club features specialized pathways like the adult beginner Game On! program and utilizes the GLF.Connect platform to let members seamlessly coordinate one-on-one lessons and clinics with a golf professional.
Can I play the course with my membership?
Yes, Golf Members enjoy full access to golf, along with practice facilities and club amenities that support both casual and competitive play. Full Golf members receive comprehensive family access to the courses, while Associate Golf members are permitted to play and access the practice facilities from Tuesday through Sunday after 1:00 p.m. with applicable cart fees. Other tiers, such as Lifestyle and Racquet memberships, do not include standard golf course play as part of their unlimited amenity
Are golf programs available for juniors?
Yes, junior golfers can participate in a variety of programs focused on skill-building, sportsmanship, and fun. From introductory clinics to more advanced training opportunities, the Club fosters a strong foundation and love for the game through its Crush It! junior golf development program, which is built around American Development Model principles.
How many golf courses does your Club have?
The Club features two 18-hole courses, providing a total of 36 holes of championship golf across the Oak Course and the Pecan Course.
Do you provide club fitting services?
Yes, professional fittings are available with top golf brands in our Pro Shop. Members can consult directly with our professional staff to get properly fitted for premium clubs and custom equipment.
Do you offer club repair?
Yes. The Golf Shop provides regripping and basic repair services.
Do you offer private golf lessons?
Yes, our PGA-certified instructors provide lessons for all levels, and members can book individual, one-on-one coaching sessions utilizing the GLF.Connect scheduling system.
Is there a junior golf program?
Yes, juniors can participate in Crush It! Junior Golf instruction, junior golf leagues, and seasonal camps that make learning the game fun and engaging. Younger players can also develop their skill sets through the on-site Juniors Tigers Golf Academy, take part in weekly summer camps for ages 5 to 15, and test their progression through the monthly 27-point Drive, Chip and Putt skills challenge.
Are group clinics available?
Yes, group lessons, junior programs, and seasonal clinics are offered throughout the year. This includes targeted player development clinics and recurring golf modules featured across our active sports tracks.
Can I store my clubs at the club?
Yes, club storage is available to Members. Full-service amenities are provided through our clubhouse lockers for optimal member convenience.
