Do I need to be a Member to host a corporate event at the Club?
No membership is required, meaning any company, corporation, or local civic organization can book our private club environment to host a business function.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for large scale corporate tournaments, luncheons, or post-outing receptions for up to 300 guests, though smaller conference room sessions can often be scheduled on shorter notice.
What kinds of corporate events can you accommodate?
Our Club is ideal for formal business meetings, dinners, breakout rooms, employee recognition banquets, client appreciation events, seminars, holiday parties, and unique happy hour & 9-hole golf packages. We are located in Mansfield, Texas, just a short drive from Arlington, Dallas, and Fort Worth.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes, our executive chef can provide personalized catering tailored to your business schedule, offering continental or full breakfasts, quick refreshment breaks, lunch selections, and full dinner menus.
Do you have AV equipment available?
Yes, we provide professional accommodations and an advanced AV Package that comes complete with a projector, screen, microphone, sound system, and all required hookups.
Can you help with décor, entertainment, or vendors?
Absolutely, our event sales director and catering department provide flexible planning support, coordination of administrative timelines, and day-of assistance with outside vendor setups.
Can you accommodate team-building activities?
Yes, we specialize in designing experiences that blend business with camaraderie, including formal business meetings, team-building sessions, employee play days, and customized corporate or client golf outings across our 36 holes.
Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our private banquet layouts are highly flexible, built to comfortably accommodate anywhere from 5 up to 300 guests for private gatherings.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
We can place a temporary hold on your preferred date for a short time, giving you the chance to confirm details before signing.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes, our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event, showcasing premium club cuisine handcrafted by the executive chef.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes the support of our private events staff to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors for entertainment, florals, and photography. However, all culinary curation, custom event menus, and professional beverage bar services must be provided directly by our executive chef and internal private culinary staff.
