This Yoga Class encompasses smooth stretches with strength-building sequences for Yogi's of beginning levels. "Wine" down after a long month with SRGCC yoga teachers the last Friday of the month. $25 per person includes: - Wine tasting with local winery. - Charcuterie board and other refreshments. - Restorative yoga session. Preregistration required.
