Join Lani for his HIIT body burn class. This class incorporates mixing strength training exercises with cardio high intensity exercises to burn those calories and gain muscle simultaneously. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Golf & Pickleball Yoga with Judith

Golf & Pickleball Yoga will release fascia and tight muscles to increase flexibility around the hips and shoulders while strengthening the core with balance and stabilizing the neck and spine. This type of yoga works on range of motion, opening the hip flexors, psoas muscles, and the inner costal muscles of the ribs. Please register in advance for in person classes!
