This Yoga Class encompasses smooth stretches with strength-building sequences for Yogi's of beginning levels. It is important to provide a safe supportive environment inside the class where each participant finds their edge for expansion. While using the breath and focusing the mind, students will stretch their bodies and explore personal boundaries. Though the specific poses the pace of flows will be slow and easy. "Come find your inner stillness through the stringing together of postures moving seamlessly. Discover the benefits of practicing yoga." About the teacher: Judith Wright has practiced yoga since she was 17 and taught yoga for over 20 years in Guinea, West Africa, Mexico City, Mexico, Mallorca, Spain and in Sonoma County. Judith believes in encouraging others to improve their health through the practice of yoga. Learning Vinyasa Power Yoga allowed Judith the experience to offer challenging postures to students who seeks expansion while still attending to individual needs. Judith is certified in Yoga, Trauma Yoga and Vinyasa 101 and continues to avail herself of other classes, honing her skills. Judith holds two Master's degrees, one in Reading and Language and one in Education Curriculum and Supervision. She taught school for many years. Judith practices daily meditation, centering herself for students. This class is in person in the Group Exercise Room.
