We offer a wide variety of programs and classes which include: Personal Training (TRX, Partner, Weights, Resistance, Endurance, Flexibility, Sprint Interval and more), Massage Therapy, Personal Stretch, Pilates Reformer (classes and privates), Group Exercise Classes (Mat Pilates, Yoga, CHOGA (Chair Yoga), Spin Classes, Hikes, Golf Rehab Program, Nutrition Counseling, Special Workshops and The Health Speaker Series.
GOLF AND TENNIS PROGRAMS
Looking to improve your golf swing or add power to your tennis stroke? We also offer sport-specific training that will keep you at the top of your game. For golfers, our Golf Rehab program will help you integrate the mind, body, and equipment "just like the pros".
PERSONAL TRAINERS AND MASSAGE THERAPY
Have an injury or recovering from surgery? We have specific Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists that will help you expedite recovery and rehabilitation to get you back to 100%.
