Instructor Alma will lead you through a series of exercises designed to engage your core plus work the other muscle groups in your body, with occasional aerobic exercises during this intense strength focused 45-minute class.

Are you ready to challenge your muscles and tone your body in a fun and exciting way? Then join the Progressive Pilates Reformer class where our instructor, Diane, will coach you through a variety of movements using the Reformer's spring and coil system. Although the class is 90 minutes long, participants are able to leave quietly during any part of the class. This class is fee based: $30/session or $150/month for unlimited classes.
