Taste of Eagle Watch - Open House Event

Saturday, July 11th | 11 am - 1:30 pm Eagle Watch Golf Club is hosting an Open House event for the Woodstock Community, & we'd love to have you here! Come by the clubhouse for a day full of food, drinks, music, face-painting & a waterslide! Please share this with & invite your friends or family who might be interested in Membership so that they can learn about everything Eagle Watch Golf Club has to offer. Our Membership Sales Director, Brendon, will have a tent set up out front with information regarding membership & benefits, as well as some golf-related skills contests!

Monthly Wine Dinner - Hess Persson Estates

Wednesday, July 15th | 6:30 pm - 9 pm REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5 PM ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 1ST, & CLOSES AT 6 PM ON MONDAY, JULY 13TH ★ YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR SELECTED COURSE 4 ITEMS FOR YOU & YOUR GUEST IN THE REGISTRATION NOTES WHEN YOU REGISTER!!! ★ Our July Wine Tasting Dinner will feature The Hess Collection from Hess Persson Estates, alongside a Prix Fixe Dinner. There is a $75 attendance fee per Member to attend. This fee will be charged the night of & includes dinner & the wine tasting - XLIFE Discount is applicable THE KITCHEN & NEST WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM TO PREPARE FOR THIS EVENT PRIX FIXE MENU DETAILS: • Course 1 (Welcome Reception) | Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Charcuterie • Course 2 | She-Crab Soup • Course 3 | Asian Crunch Salad ★ Course 4 | Main Course • CHOOSE 1 ★ Seared Red Snapper with Garlic Whipped Potatoes & Broccolini OR Cowboy Ribeye with Garlic Whipped Potatoes & Broccolini • Course 5 | Chocolate Lava Cake There is no option to make modifications to the course. We will serve based on Chef Adam's recommendation with the wine pairings. The only modification exception will be for food allergies such as nuts/shellfish/dairy, etc. FOOD ALLERGIES: Please let us know of any food allergies in the Notes section when you register. Allergy notes should indicate which person in your registration has the specific allergy. IMPORTANT NOTES: For this style of event, the execution of food service is easier with larger tables. Due to limited space in our dining room, most tables will be set for 6, 8, or 10 seats. If there are other registered Members you would like to be seated with, please let us know in the Notes section. Please note - While we will do our best to pair you together, we can not guarantee final seating arrangements. Registration Limitations are as follows: Members & their family members on their account ONLY (no non-member guests or friends) Registration sizes are capped at 2 people per account Cancellation Policy Strictly Enforced: The booking member who makes the registration in the Invited App is responsible for all guests in their party. This means you will be held accountable for any fees incurred for each person who cancels within 48 hours of the event or does not show up that evening. Reservations canceled within 48 hours or less of the event date are subject to a $25++ per person Cancellation Fee. Members with reservations or guests of their party who are no-shows for the event are subject to be charged the full $70 attendance cost as a No-Show Fee. Any applicable fees will be charged to your account at the time of cancellation or the night of the event, after we determine how many guests in your party did not show up Please be respectful of our Members on the waitlist, & let us know if your party size has changed or if you need to cancel your registration. You have until 6 pm on Monday, July 13th, to cancel your registration yourself in the Invited App with no charge. Trivia Night

Wednesday, July 22nd | 6:00 - 9:00 pm Think you know it all? It's time to prove it! Gather up a team and come to compete in an Eagle Watch tradition. Test your knowledge with other Members while enjoying great food and service! REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5 PM ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 1ST. SPOTS FILL UP QUICKLY, SO SNAG YOURS EARLY! Once registration is full, you will automatically be added to the online waitlist upon registering. THE KITCHEN WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM TO PREPARE FOR THE TRIVIA BUFFET. The trivia buffet will be open from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Trivia starts at 7 pm Buffet Details: Build-your-own burgers & chicken sandwiches, Mediterranean baked cod, mac-n-chz, rice, green beans, house salad, dessert bars *Registration Required* There is a maximum party size of 10 people per group, MEMBERS ONLY. Due to the popularity of Trivia Night & limited seating space: Non-Member Guests are not allowed at this time. All guests in your group MUST be Members. Non-Member guests will be considered closer to the date of the event, provided there are no Members on the waitlist. However, our Members on the waitlist will take priority. Saturday, July 25th | 6 pm - 8 pm THE NEST WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM SHARP TO PREPARE FOR THE TRIVIA BUFFET BUFFET ONLY - NO DINNER MENU Trivia Buffet: 6 pm | Trivia Begins at 6:45 pm REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5 PM ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 1ST Spots fill up quickly within just a few hours of registration opening! Once registration is full, you will automatically be added to the Waitlist upon registering. We will try our hardest to accommodate everyone. Due to the popularity of our normal Wednesday Monthly Trivia Night, the Eagle Watch staff will host an additional trivia night for families & friends of all ages to enjoy! . Please note that this is a separate event from the normal trivia night scheduled on July 22nd. IMPORTANT NOTES: After registering for this event, you have until 6 pm on Thursday, July 23rd, to cancel your registration yourself in the App. However, you will be unable to edit your registration, including party size & registration notes. To modify your party size, please email Danielle & Dustin. The Nest will close at 5 pm to prepare for the trivia buffet, which is open from 6 pm - 7:30 pm. Buffet details:TBA Registration Required.
