Dueling Chefs - A Culinary Experience

Experience the best of North Georgia & Ozark cuisine in this one-of-a-kind showcase! Event Fee: $75 per person, XLIFE not applicable Featuring: Chef & Twin Brothers – William Cook & Briggs Cook Executive Chef William Cook | Eagle Watch Club: A master of southern cuisine, Chef Will brings the rich, authentic flavors of the North Georgia Mountains to the table. Executive Chef Briggs Cook | Velocity Health Group: A former John Tyson Executive Chef & an innovator in modern techniques, Chef Briggs highlights bold, "root-to-table" Ozark cuisine. Menu Overview: Course 1: Arugula, Georgia peaches, goat cheese, candied pecans & berry vinaigrette. Course 2: Poached shrimp on a fried green tomato with remoulade sauce. Course 3: Thela Allen’s chicken thigh with ale gravy. Course 4: Arkansas bacon with a fig jam glaze & North Georgia Mountain sorghum on crostini. Course 5(Main Course Showdown): Chef William: Deep-fried quail stuffed with savory sage cornbread dressing, served on creamy mashed potatoes & drizzled with rich sausage gravy. Wednesday, March 11th | 6 pm - 9 pm REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5 PM ON SUNDAY, MARCH 1ST, & CLOSES AT 6 PM ON MONDAY, MARCH 9TH Our March Wine Tasting Dinner will feature a selection from Far Niente Winery, alongside a Prix Fixe Dinner. There is a $75 attendance fee per Member to attend. This fee will be charged the night of & includes dinner & the wine tasting - XLIFE Discount is applicable THE KITCHEN & NEST WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM TO PREPARE FOR THIS EVENT PRIX FIXE MENU DETAILS: Course 1 | Salad: TBA Course 2 | Soup: Minestrone Soup Course 3 | Appetizer: TBA Course 4 | Main Course: TBA Course 5 | Dessert: TBA There is no option to make modifications to the course. We will serve based on Chef Will's recommendation with the wine pairings. Ladies’ Pop Art Mountain Canvas Workshop Thursday, March 12 | 6 p.m. | $30 per painter | Reservations Required Join us for a fun and creative Ladies’ Pop Art Mountain Canvas Painting Workshop, perfect for all skill levels. A guided, step-by-step lesson will walk you through creating a bold, colorful mountain masterpiece. All supplies are included—just bring your creativity and enjoy a relaxed, social evening. Leave with a finished canvas you’ll be proud to display. Each reservation includes one canvas. If you’d like to paint additional canvases, please let us know in the notes section when making your reservation. Trivia Night - March

Wednesday, March 25th | 6:00 - 9:00 pm Think you know it all? It's time to prove it! Gather up a team and come to compete in an Eagle Watch tradition. Test your knowledge with other Members while enjoying great food and service! REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5 PM ON SUNDAY, MARCH 1ST. SPOTS FILL UP QUICKLY, SO SNAG YOURS EARLY! Once registration is full, you will automatically be added to the online waitlist upon registering. THE KITCHEN WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM TO PREPARE FOR THE TRIVIA BUFFET. The trivia buffet will be open from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Trivia starts at 7 pm Buffet Details: Build your own burger buffet: burgers, bacon, cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar), mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickles House chips, buffalo chicken dip, salad, dessert *Registration Required* There is a maximum party size of 10 people per group, MEMBERS ONLY.
