Meet Executive Chef Thomas Cullen

Chef Thomas's culinary journey started early, influenced by his family's love for hospitality. In Las Vegas, he honed his skills working alongside renowned chefs like Joachim Splichal, Mario Batali, and Guy Savoy. After moving to Seattle, he led teams at Chandler's Crab House, Tutta Bella, and The Woodman Lodge. Finally, as Executive Chef, he opened Tavolata Restaurant and The George at the Fairmont Olympic. Today, Chef Thomas creates innovative dishes, infusing global flavors to provide a world-class dining experience at the top of the tower.
