A New Jersey-born, long-time Philadelphia resident and new West Coast resident, Rachael contributes a breadth of management experience in independent restaurants, hotels, and private clubs. Rachael managed several of Philadelphia's more well-known independent restaurants with restauranteurs such as Jose Garces, Valerie Safran & Marcie Turney, as well as running Food & Beverage outlets for the Loew's Hotels and Hilton Curio Collection. Rachael has been with Invited Clubs for over four years. She joined the team at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, PA as Director of Food & Beverage and was promoted to General Manager in 2020. In April 2022, she was promoted to General Manager at Silicon Valley Capital Club in San Jose, CA. It is with great excitement and willingness to partner together that Rachael has accepted the opportunity to join the esteemed Columbia Tower Club, as General Manager. Rachael enjoys learning about spirits and wine, with a particular interest in craft cocktails. Her partner Eleazar, and (nearly) two-year-old daughter Luna, join her as she takes on this new endeavor. When not at the club, she and her family enjoy live music, outdoor activities, trying new restaurants, and dancing Bachata.

Taylor Wright joined the Columbia Tower Club in 2016 as the Private Events Coordinator and in 2017, became a Private Event Director. She has a passion for the detail that goes into event planning and enjoys working with members and clients to bring their events and meetings to life. Taylor has developed relationships with vendors in the industry and will go the extra mile to make your event special.A Washington native, Taylor grew up in the Pacific Northwest and earned her Communications degree from Washington State University. She enjoys getting to meet and work with new and interesting people every day. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with family on the golf course and traveling with friends!

Chef Thomas's culinary career began early on, as he was immersed in his family's love of the hospitality industry and all things quality. While living in Las Vegas, Chef Thomas worked with the great chefs of the world, including Joachim Splichal from Patina in Las Angelas, Stephen Kalt from the famed Le Cirque, and Spartina, Ludo Lefebvre from Bastide and Trois Mec, Mario Batali, Guy Savoy, and David Feo from Lutece. After landing at Tao Asian Bistro, the world’s highest-grossing restaurant, he was living his dream, learning cuisines from around the globe. There was nothing that was going to stop his creative energy. In 2012 he moved his family to Seattle looking for a more wholesome atmosphere to raise his two daughters. He soon led the culinary team at Chandler’s Crab House on Lake Union, under the corporate umbrella of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. From there he opened a new Tutta Bella location as Culinary Director, then managed The Woodman Lodge in Snoqualmie. His culinary journey led him to Ethan Stowell’s Italian inspired Tavolata Restaurant as Executive Chef. He then opened the George at the Fairmont Olympic as Executive Chef of Restaurants. With his wealth of knowledge, Chef Thomas creates innovative and vibrant dishes, infusing flavors from his global cuisines to provide a world class dining experience for our Members and guests at the top of the tower.
