Elevate Seattle: CTC X GSBA Join us for a transformative business networking event, Elevate Seattle, at the iconic Columbia Tower. This exceptional gathering is designed to bring together organizations that share our core values and aspirations, creating a powerful platform for collaboration, growth, and community building. Date: Wednesday, September 27th Time: 5:30PM-7:30PM Complementary Lite Refreshments Venue: Columbia Tower, Seattle About GSBA: GSBA is Washington State's LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce, and the largest in North America. We represent small business, corporate, and nonprofit members who share the values of promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. GSBA proudly serves as a connector across the state, bringing the community together through business including complimentary business consulting and class, while advocating for civil rights and small business in Olympia, promoting LGBTQ+ tourism through Travel Out, and investing in the next generation of leaders through The GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund. We believe that success is best achieved when we rise together. Our event is more than just a networking opportunity; it's a chance to connect with like-minded businesses, forge new partnerships, and inspire collective progress. As we ascend the heights of Columbia Tower, the city's tallest skyscraper, we'll symbolize our commitment to reaching new levels of excellence in unity. Come enjoy a beverage and light appetizer with the creative and passionate community of Rain City Rock Camp! Learn about this important local nonprofit and meet key members. Rain City Rock Camp’s youth and adult camps empower girls, women, and gender non-conforming individuals, nurturing creative expression through music. Rain City Rock Camp programs and events cultivate the space for creativity to thrive in a community of allies and activists. Rain City Rock Camp’s mission of empowerment centers equity and justice, envisioning an equitable world that celebrates creativity, embraces authenticity, and values all voices. From 6pm-7pm, mingle with RCRC board members, donors, volunteers and participants. Join in sharing favorite “Rock Camp” memories and deepen connections with folks committed to creating the magic of camp in our community. At 7pm, there will be a short program to learn about how RCRC programs make a positive impact, and how you can join the fun! This event is part of a fundraising push for RCRC to end the fiscal year with the resources needed to support their incredible programs. Contributions to this vital organization helps RCRC to continue amplifying marginalized voices. The event features opportunities for donations and to learn more about board service.

Enjoy cocktails and appetizers with Columbia Tower Member Gregory Copploe and his co-author Dani Forrest as they discuss their recently released book "I Am Pink." Greg and Dani will tell their story of creative collaboration and exploration of the major life themes contained in the book - ones that are both personal to them and familiar to anyone facing change or transition in an increasingly challenging world. Get ready to be inspired and entertained! Q&A will follow this short program. As an added value, each guest will receive a signed paperback copy of “I Am Pink.” The book is also available on Amazon in print, ebook, hard cover, and audio. Greg and Dani were recently featured on Bruce Langford’s Mindfulness Mode podcast - the Number Two mindfulness podcast on iTunes with over 4 million downloads. That show has also featured top literary figures such as Jack Canfield, author of the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series.
