The emphasis is on prolonged holds, controlled breathing, and mindfulness, to release tightness, tension, and stress from the body. Set to relaxing music as you restore both physical and mental well-being. As an option, the Instructor could offer hands-on assistance, applying gentle pressure to the body to help you relax deeper into each pose. Props are provided but feel free to bring your own blanket and eye cover.
