Can non-Members host weddings?
Yes - you do not need a membership to host your wedding at the Club.
Is the venue available outdoors?
Yes, several outdoor and terrace options are available, weather permitting.
Do you provide catering and bar services?
Yes, full in-house catering, bar setups, and custom menus are available.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak seasons.
Do I need a membership to host?
No; non-Members are welcome to hold celebrations at Indian Wells.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our spaces range from intimate rooms for 10 guests to larger spaces accommodating up to 500. We offer both indoor and outdoor settings, each thoughtfully designed to create the perfect backdrop for any occasion.
Can we bring our own vendors?
We work with preferred vendors but can often accommodate external ones with approval.
When should I reserve?
We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for peak seasons.
Do I need to be a Member to host a corporate event?
No; non-Members may host corporate events with advance notice.
Can non-Members host events at Indian Wells?
Yes. You do not need to be a Member to host an event.

Yes. We offer both indoor and outdoor venues, as well as tented and garden options.
