The South Course

The crown jewel of Firestone. Originally designed in 1929 by Bert Way and reimagined by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1960, the South Course has hosted more than 70 professional tournaments, including three PGA Championships and 18 years of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational. Its iconic 16th hole remains one of golf’s greatest tests, and its legacy continues as the home of the Kaulig Companies Championship.

The North Course

Opened in 1969, the North Course balances beauty and precision. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., it features water on more than half its holes and offers a true shot-maker’s challenge, blending risk and reward with every drive. The North Course has hosted two PGA Tour events, the American Golf Classic in 1976 and the NEC World Series of Golf in 1994.

Formerly the West Course, and opened in 1989, this Tom Fazio redesign introduces modern flair to Firestone’s classic heritage. With open fairways, elevated views, and a links-inspired style, the Fazio Course offers an inviting yet demanding round for golfers of every level. It’s also home to the Ohio Senior Open.

Our Caddie Program delivers a true full-service golf experience that reflects Firestone’s rich heritage. Members and guests can choose between Walking Caddies and Forecaddies, knowledgeable ambassadors who provide on-course guidance, strategic insight, and stories from our championship courses. Day-of-play requests accepted until 2 p.m. daily. Advance bookings are available anytime, seven days a week. Booking your caddie is easy. Do I need to be a member to play golf at Firestone?
Yes, access to Firestone is for Members and their guests. Stay & Play packages are available for non-members. Select tournaments and corporate outings may allow limited guest play.
How many golf courses are available?
Firestone features three distinct 18-hole courses—the South, North, and Fazio—totaling 54 holes of championship play.
Do you offer golf lessons or clinics?
Yes. Firestone’s Professional Staff offers private instruction, group clinics, and specialized programs for Members and their guests using TrackMan technology and PGA-certified instruction.
Can I host a golf outing or corporate event?
Yes. Firestone is one of the nation’s premier destinations for group golf events, from corporate tournaments to charity fundraisers.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. Proper golf and clubhouse attire is required. Collared shirts and appropriate golf shorts or pants are expected on the course, and hats must be worn facing forward. Casual resort wear is welcome in dining areas unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer club fittings and rentals?
Yes. Our Professional Staff provides professional fittings to Members and their guests with TrackMan technology, along with premium men’s and women’s rental sets.
Can beginners play at Firestone?
Yes. While known for championship golf, Firestone welcomes players of all skill levels through guided instruction and flexible tee options.
