Joel Fatula started his career with ClubCorp at the Citrus Club in Orlando at seventeen, working as a lead server and service captain. Joel continued to expand his career within ClubCorp, as the Food & Beverage Director for the Nashville Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club and Quail Hollow Country Club in Ohio. Joel returned to the Sunshine State to be closer to family and now serves as the Food & Beverage Director for The Centre Club in Tampa. When he is not at work, you can find Joel fishing, spending time at the beach with his girlfriend, and playing disc golf. Joel is excited to continue to explore the ever-growing city of Tampa and all it has to offer.
With an impressive resume spanning the East Coast, Chef Scott Lazlo has gained extensive culinary experience in professional kitchens for over 35 years. After graduating from Osceola High School, Chef Scott completed a two-year apprenticeship at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC and began his culinary career at Manhattan's famous 21 Club. Lazlo returned to the Sunshine State in the Winter of 1999 as the Banquet Chef at the Don Cesar. He has since been promoted to his new role as the Executive Chef of The Centre Club, where he is eager to demonstrate his expertise in the culinary field.
