No membership is required. Anyone can host a meeting, retreat, or celebration. Members, however, enjoy waived room fees and additional perks.
What kinds of corporate events can you accommodate?
We host everything from small board meetings and executive retreats to large-scale conferences, holiday parties, and client appreciation events.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our spaces range from intimate rooms for 8 to large ballrooms that seat 550 guests, giving you flexibility for any occasion. We will help you find the perfect fit.
What’s included when I book a meeting or event?
Our team provides event planning support, professional coordination, A/V setup, WiFi, and customizable catering options.
Do you offer food and beverage service?
Yes. Our executive chef creates menus tailored to your needs, from working lunches to elegant banquets and cocktail receptions.
Can you help with décor, entertainment, or vendors?
Absolutely. We work with preferred vendors for florals, photography, entertainment, and more to ensure every detail is covered.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for large events or holiday parties, though smaller meetings can often be scheduled with shorter notice.
Do I need to be a member to book an event at Brookhaven?

Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
Yes, we can place a tentative hold for a short period to give you time to finalize details before securing with a signed agreement and deposit.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors, though catering and bar services must be provided by The Hills. We also have preferred vendors to recommend for photography, florals, music, and more.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend 9–12 months in advance. Smaller gatherings and corporate events can often be arranged with shorter notice, though earlier booking ensures the best availability.
