Project Scope
Below you will find a high-level overview of the investment plan. Our goal is to upgrade your experiences while minimizing interruptions. We do not anticipate any significant disruptions during construction and will keep you informed throughout the project.
Enhanced Golf Experience
We are thrilled to announce the large-scale dredging project to remove sediment along #3 green and the lake on holes 14 and 15. We will also install stone retaining walls around the greens on holes 14 and 15, adding to the overall design and function of the holes.
In addition, we also complete a renovation of several tee boxes, leveling, enlarging and regressing the surfaces.
Cart paths will get a refresh in several areas throughout the course.
We are excited to see our transformation taking shape, providing an improved golf experience for our Members!
Landscaping
Our beautification and landscape projects are in full bloom at the clubhouse, tennis facility and golf course.
Vibrant colors and rich vegetation throughout the grounds will dazzle Members and guests, no matter the season.
Tennis Enhancements
Last year, we converted the lights on our hard courts to LED.
Now it’s time to convert the clay courts to LED and install lighting on courts 5 and 6 to finish our lighting upgrades.
With our upcoming renovation of the tennis gathering area, the stadium court will be the center of the tennis social scene.
We will also refresh the tennis pro shop to provide an even better place to gear up for your game.
Pool Renovation Completed
The pool area has been revitalized, enhancing the summer hangout with luxurious amenities in a resort-style setting. These improvements have transformed it into a family-friendly hub, perfect for splashing, playing, and relaxing together.
Locker Room Improvements
We are excited to renovate the wet areas of the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms.
We will modernize the layout, look and function. These are a few of the only areas we have not improved in recent years, and we know these renovations will add to your enjoyment of the Club.
