What’s Been Completed

Premier Practice Facility

Braemar's brand-new practice facility stands as the premier training ground in the San Fernando Valley and one of Southern California's finest. The state-of-the-art range boasts an expansive, leveled, and re-grassed driving range tee, improved turf conditions, increased stall capacity, widened landing areas for enhanced target options, and a permanent synthetic turf tee line at the rear to preserve natural turf during peak periods.

US Open Course Redesign

Our 9-hole US Open Course now features new bunkers, pristine greens, lush Bermuda grass fairways and tees, and expanded viewing corridors and sightlines, offering golfers a world-class playing experience.

Resurfaced Racquet Courts

All 18 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have been resurfaced, with new nets and posts installed for pickleball, ensuring top-notch playability and aesthetics.

 

Aquatic Oasis

Discover the newly transformed pool area, featuring the chic Dive Bar with stylish awnings, sleek countertops, and state-of-the-art TVs, serving up delectable bites and craft cocktails. Lounge in ultimate comfort on our new pool loungers and soft seating areas, surrounded by enhanced landscaping that provides both beauty and thoughtful privacy.

 

Pickle Perch

New dedicated, paved sitting area between pickleball courts, complete with new furniture and a portable bar. This is the perfect spot to watch a match, relax with other players, or enjoy a beverage.

Western Course Redesign

Slated to be complete by the end of 2024, The Western 9-Hole Course is undergoing a redesign by World Golf Hall of Famer Lanny Wadkins, promising an even more engaging and challenging golfing experience.

Masters Course Redesign

Following the Western Course, the Masters 9-Hole Course will also be redesigned by Lanny Wadkins, completing our elevated golf experience. The Masters Course redesign is slated to be complete in 2025.
