  • The Grand Ballroom - Perched on the highest point in Eastern Loudoun County, the Grand Ballroom offers sweeping views and elegant dining for up to 250 guests.
  • The Flora Lee Bridal Suite - Honoring Flora Lee, wife of Ludwell Lee, this graceful suite is the perfect place for brides to prepare and reflect before the ceremony.
  • The George Kephart Billiard Room - Once the Manor’s kitchen, this handsome room now hosts billiards, sports viewing, and relaxed gatherings on the adjoining patio.
  • The Edward McLean Conference Room - Named for the McLeans early 1900s owners tied to The Washington Post and the Hope Diamond this room features a refined boardroom setting.
  • The Margaret Mercer Conservatory - A bright, sunlit space named for the educator who established Belmont as a girls’ school in 1836; ideal for cheerful gatherings.
  • The Scott Ferguson Formal Dining Room - A restored showpiece of Federal-style architecture, this elegant dining room evokes intimacy and refinement for social or business occasions.
  • The Fairfax Hunt Room - Inspired by Belmont’s 1930s steeplechase heritage, this versatile room suits meetings, card games, or small private dinners.
  • The Ludwell Lee Library - Dedicated to Belmont’s founder, who served under Lafayette; features mantels gifted by the General himself in 1825.
  • The General Lafayette Parlor - A grand receiving room adorned with French-inspired wall designs and the historic mantel presented by Lafayette.
  • The Patrick J. Hurley Living Porch - An airy gathering space now used for intimate receptions and events.

Do I need to be a member to host a celebration at Belmont?
No membership is required. Our celebration spaces are open to the public. Members, however, enjoy waived room fees and added perks.
What kinds of celebrations can you accommodate?
We host birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, showers, retirement parties, holiday celebrations, and more.
Do you provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from brunches and casual buffets to elegant plated dinners and cocktail receptions.
Can I bring in outside vendors for décor or entertainment?
Yes. While all catering and bar services are provided by Belmont, we welcome outside vendors for décor, entertainment, and photography. We also have trusted preferred vendors we can recommend.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our team will work with you to customize options that fit your guest list and budget.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary self-parking is available on-site, with convenient access for both guests and vendors. Valet service can also be arranged upon request.
Can you help with décor, entertainment, or vendors?
Absolutely. We work with preferred vendors for florals, photography, entertainment, and more to ensure every detail is covered.
Do you offer food and beverage service?
Yes. Our Executive Chef creates menus tailored to your needs, from working lunches to elegant banquets and cocktail receptions.
