Freemark Abbey Winery: Blending Class

Freemark Abbey Winery: Blending Seminar Tuesday, October 15th 5:30pm (first class) 7:30pm (second class) 12 seats per (24 all day) Guest Speaker: David Reuss, Advanced Sommelier Taste and learn about signature wines from Napa Valley's Freemark Abbey Winery and dive into a wine blending seminar. Learn how to build out the perfect red Meritage blend using Freemark Abby's famous blend recipe. Then use these techniques to develop your own unique blend. Each individual's wine will be judged and rated by our guest speaker, David Reuss, and F&B Director, Channing Fawcett at the end, prize includes bragging rights and a bottle of wine to take home. Cost: $55 all-in Meat and cheese small bites included. Some wines will be available for order at the end of the event. Must be 21+ to participate
