Branching Out With New Enhancements

Follow the exciting Treesdale transformation, from our history as a working apple orchard to Arnold Palmer building our courses in his hometown area to the extensive improvements we’re doing today.

Project Scope

All-new premium white sand bunkers have been installed on the Lakes, Grove, and Orchard Courses. In addition to the bunker work, we also upgraded our tennis facilities with newly resurfaced courts. Moving into 2024, we are excited about several other key areas getting a refresh including the Grille Room, Banquet space, Arnie’s Tavern, Fitness Center and pool area.

  Bunker Project on Lakes, Grove & Orchard Courses –  NOW COMPLETE

  • New Better Billy Bunker system – considered the best bunker construction method by many!

  • Popular and USGA-approved Signature 700 sand for a better golf experience

  • Relocated bunkers to enhance the visibility and playability for all levels of golfers

  • Reduced the total number of bunkers to enhance playability and improve course maintenance efficiency

  • Improvements and repairs to cart paths and landscaping

 

In Progress - Re-Opening May 2024

• Redesign of the grill room to create a unique dining option for everyday dining as
well as elevated wine dinners, brunches and more.

• New furniture, fixtures, paint and a beautiful statement wall

• Rotating menus, seasonal ingredients, craft cocktails and more!

• Permanent Pool Bar Pavillion complete with a new bar, updated sound system and dining

• New check in and arrival experience for the pool deck

• Install Technogym equipment that works with Technogym wellness app

• Add cardio equipment that offers coached/guided workouts through streaming apps

• Set up dedicated training areas for golf performance and TRX suspension
