Led by Executive Chef Frank Dalton, the menu highlights East Coast traditions with bold seasonal flavors and Chesapeake-style seafood, complemented by creative cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list. Come for dinner, stay for the bar, and leave knowing the table next to you.

Chef Frank Dalton, a native of the Washington D.C. area, trained at Stratford University and honed his skills working alongside world renowned chefs. He brings Chesapeake inspired seafood, seasonal ingredients, and inventive cuisine to Tower Club Tysons, connecting with Members personally to make every dining experience as memorable as the food itself. In 2025, Chef Frank was crowned King of Crab Cakes at the Club’s Crab Cake Showdown, and his signature crab cakes have since become a true member favorite and must try, celebrated for their bold flavor and classic coastal influence.
