The World of Tennis
The scenic Texas Hill Country is the setting for the World of Tennis Sports Complex, which has offered a world-class tennis experience since 1973. Tennis legends such as Jimmy Connors, Rod Laver, Billie Jean King, Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova competed on our Austin tennis courts during the early years, and more recently, Pete Sampras, Todd Martin, Jim Courier and others.

Signature Golf Membership
Play 72 holes of championship golf including The Hills, the original Jack Nicklaus Signature course, and Flintrock Falls Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II co-design, and our Classic Golf courses. Bookings are available up to ten days in advance at all courses. Enjoy complete access to all practice facilities including our Hills Signature Practice facility, as well as full access to racquet, wellness, aquatics, dining, and social amenities.
Premier Golf Membership
Play 54 holes of championship golf including Flintrock Golf Course, a Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II co-design, and the Classic Golf courses. Bookings are available up to five days in advance at Flintrock and up to ten days at the Classic Courses. Enjoy complete access to all practice facilities including our Hills Signature Practice facility, as well as full access to racquet, wellness, aquatics, dining, and social amenities.
Classic Golf Membership
Play 36 holes at Yaupon and Live Oak golf courses with tee time bookings available up to ten days in advance. Enjoy complete access to practice facilities at the Classic courses, as well as full access to racquet, wellness, aquatics, dining, and social amenities.
Limited Classic Golf Membership
Available Sunday through Thursday, practice facilities and tee times at Live Oak and/or Yaupon after 11 a.m. Bookings can be made up to five days in advance. Enjoy full access to racquet, wellness, aquatics, dining and social amenities.
Racquet Sports Membership
Seven day in advance court booking to our 13 outdoor tennis courts, 9 outdoor dedicated pickleball courts, 2 climate-controlled indoor tennis courts. USTA, WTTA and ATL team tennis, lntraClub league play, social mixers, pickleball and competitive tournaments. Enjoy full access to wellness, aquatics, dining and social amenities.
Pickleball Membership
Seven day in advance court bookings to 9 outdoor dedicated pickleball courts. Pickleball weekly clinics, leagues, tournaments & social mixers. Enjoy full access to wellness, aquatics, dining and social amenities.
Wellness Membership
The Sports Complex features 22,000 square feet of world-class amenities. Over 50 weekly wellness classes including Mat Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, Boot Camps and more. Aquatic complex with three pools including six-lane Junior Olympic pool, splash pad and slide. Enjoy full access to social and dining amenities.
Community Social Membership
This membership is offered exclusively to residents within the Hills or Flintrock gates. Five Dining options including The Hills Signature Chophouse, The Den at Flintrock, Smoked at the Oak, Yaupon Icehouse, and The Overlook at the Hills Sports Complex. Full access to the Aquatic Complex featuring three pools, splash pad, and slide. Enjoy full access to a social calendar of unique and fun programming year-round.
