Hills Clubhouse

The Hills Clubhouse features rustic charm, panoramic golf course views, a full-service bar, and a spacious patio with fire pits. The venue accommodates up to 200 seated guests or 250 guests for cocktail-style receptions.

Breakers Ballroom

The Breakers Ballroom, the premier event space within the classically modern Victorian Dye Clubhouse, accommodates up to 180 guests for a seated dinner or 250 guests for a cocktail-style reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres and stations.

The Turret

The Turret offers an elegant setting for up to 30 seated guests, with access to a covered terrace for 80 guests, scenic golf course and lake views, and a built-in double-sided bar and fireplace.

Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the Club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Minimums vary by space, date, and time of day. Our team will work with you to customize options that fit your guest list and budget.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes the support of our private events staff to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
We can place a temporary hold on your preferred date for a short time, giving you the chance to confirm details before signing.
Do you have vendor restrictions?
We welcome outside vendors. Please note that outside catering is subject to an additional fee. We also have a list of preferred vendors for photography, florals, entertainment, and more if you're looking for recommendations.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 2-3 months ahead for smaller gatherings.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes. Our culinary team offers custom menus and beverage packages tailored to your event.
Do I need to be a Member to host a celebration at the Club?

Yes. The Dye and Hills Clubhouses offer a variety of venues, allowing you to hold your ceremony and reception together in one beautiful setting.

Is catering provided in-house?

Can I schedule a rehearsal at the Club?
Absolutely. Rehearsals are included with your package and scheduled in coordination with our event team.
Do you provide décor or rentals?
We include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and setup. Specialty décor and upgrades can be arranged upon request.
Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the Club?
No. Weddings and events are open to Members and non-members alike.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
