Chef Zach Bates brings a lifelong love of hospitality to his role as Executive Chef. He discovered his passion for the kitchen at just 15, working in a family-owned fine dining restaurant. It was there he learned that great food is only half the story – the warmth behind it is what people remember. That philosophy still shapes his cooking today: simple, seasonal, and rooted in respect for good ingredients.

His path through Philadelphia's dining scene, including helping open and lead acclaimed restaurants like Bar Lesieur and Jean-Georges at the Four Seasons, sharpened his eye for detail without ever pulling him away from what matters most: gracious hospitality. At the Club, he brings those lessons full circle, creating food that's approachable, seasonal, and quietly confident.
