A fun, upbeat cardio exercise class to get you movin' and groovin' that teaches simple dance moves from jazz, lyrical, ballet and latin styles, meant to make you have fun, feel good and express yourself! Each class will begin with an introductory-level dance warm-up, and then spend the remainder of the class learning a dance combination with easy to follow choreography (changing it up every 4 weeks). This class is for the absolute beginner, or those returning to dance after many years. Come on, we challenge you to NOT be able to smile while dancing - come get your groove on, smile and work out with us! Dress Code: Comfortable clothing allowing for movement. Flexible sneakers recommended.

TAG: Tennis Athletics, Golf & Swim for Kids Saturday, July 16 9 am - 1 pm Children ages 5 - 10 years will have a 4-hour experience between tennis, fitness, golf and swim for the price of a private lesson! $90 Per Child Drop Off: Ice House Entrance Stairs | 8:50 am Supplies to Bring: sunscreen, hat/visor, towel, hearty snacks/lunch, water bottle, tennis racquet and golf clubs (if you have them, or they will be provided) in a bag or backpack with a name tag.
