Business Workshop: Will Spokes

The Context for Coaching Conversations: The Personal Road Map Join us Oct 24 for part 1 as Will sets the context for coaching conversations by creating a personal road map. The personal road map serves as a blueprint for regular conversations between leaders and their direct reports. Regardless of where you sit in the org chart of an organization, there is so much more to you as a person and your professional journey. But how many of us have wondered before, “Why am I here?”, “Am I doing a good job?”, or “Where am I headed in my career?” What if we could improve employee engagement and productivity just by learning to have better, more purposeful conversations with our people? In this two-part workshop, organizational health consultant and leadership coach, Will Spokes, will introduce us to a tool built for coaching conversations with employees and help us explore ways to apply it in our businesses. Will is the Founder and Chief Joy Officer of Work Wonder, an organizational health consultancy that equips leaders to build people-first cultures producing healthy, high-performing organizations. Will has 20+ years of organizational experience, including establishing and growing a non-profit start-up, generating and executing on growth strategies, navigating organizational crises, and leading organizational transformation. Will is a graduate of Duke University (BA), Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and The University of Michigan Ross School of Business (MBA). Will is a certified System & Soul coach and also certified in the Six Types of Working Genius.
