Chef Armando Quiroz brings more than three decades of culinary experience to City Club LA, shaping a dining program rooted in creativity, precision, and a deep respect for ingredients. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, his approach blends classical technique with the diverse influences of Los Angeles—resulting in a style that is both refined and globally inspired.

Known for his leadership in high-profile events and his commitment to thoughtful, sustainable cooking, Chef Quiroz creates menus that reflect both seasonality and sense of place. At Aperture, his cuisine showcases seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and a distinctly Los Angeles point of view.
