Do I need to be a Member to have my wedding at the club?
No. Weddings and events are open to Members and non-members alike.
How far in advance should I book my wedding?
We recommend reserving your date at least 6 - 12 months in advance, especially for popular seasons.
Can I host both my ceremony and reception at the Club?
Yes, the club accommodates wedding ceremonies and receptions, including ceremony capabilities on the Lakeview Patio.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We offer thoughtfully designed packages that can be tailored to your vision, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations.
Is catering provided in-house?
Yes. Our culinary team creates custom menus, from plated dinners to cocktail-style receptions.
Can I schedule a rehearsal at the Club?
Absolutely. Rehearsals are included with your package and scheduled in coordination with our event team.
Do you provide décor or rentals?
We include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and setup. Specialty décor and upgrades can be arranged upon request.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainment. We’re happy to provide recommendations if needed.
Do I need to be a Member to book an event at the club?
No, membership is not required. Non-members are welcome to host private events at the Club. Members enjoy waived room fees as part of their benefits.
Do you require a minimum guest count or spend?
Capacity and minimums vary by space; the club offers multiple rooms ranging from a 14-person Boardroom to a Ballroom that can accommodate up to 200+ guests.
Can we hold a date before signing a contract?
Please contact the Private Events Team to discuss date availability and holding procedures.
How far in advance should we book?
It is recommended to contact the event sales office to discuss lead times for your specific event type.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Yes, the club provides full catering and beverage services with customizable menus from the Executive Chef.
Is a day-of coordinator included?
Yes. Every event includes the support of our private events staff to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
What kinds of events can I host?
From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate outings and private dinners, the Club offers flexible spaces for gatherings of all sizes and styles.
