Athletic Therapist

Tom Newberg specializes in neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, and corrective exercise. After a review of an individual's activity needs and a movement assessment, Tom tailors therapy sessions for greater health, resiliency, movement efficiency, and performance enhancement.

Personal Training

Michelle Olson teaches our Tuesday and Thursday morning yoga classes and is available for personal training sessions. With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Michelle will address your needs and goals with challenging, functional, effective, and safe exercises that meet your lifestyle demands and activities.

Group Fitness

Canterwood offers several group fitness classes on a weekly basis in the clubhouse. Our fee-based class schedule offers a range of programs on weekday mornings including SpinFit, Step Aerobics, Lift & Pump, and Cardio Step.
