Pool Opening Weekend May 26-29 It's that time of year again! Check back for pool hours.

Lift & Pump

Lift & Pump Mondays 9:15-10:30am $8 per class, the first class is complimentary! This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

Complimentary Yoga Tuesday & Thursdays from 8:15-9:15am in the Motion Studio Join Michelle at the Club for a complimentary 60-minute yoga class offered every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:15am. Whether this is your first time or you're a yoga extraordinaire, Michelle adjusts every class to best match those in attendance.

SpinFit Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30-10:10am $15 per class, your first class is complimentary! What is Spinfit? A cardio dance party on a bike! Spin to the beat with SpinFit: a rhythmic class that involved upper body moves for core stability. Five bikes are available per class and can be reserved below. Hesitant to try a SpinFit class? Cardio Step

Cardio Step Wednesdays from 9:15-10:30am $8 per class, your first class is complimentary! Step aerobics has been around for over 25 years. Why? Because it delivers results: it boosts your heart rate and strengthens your lower body muscles. You will learn simple to advance types of movement patterns. We begin with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines that are taught to you, cooldown, abdominal workout and stretching. If you are willing to learn, you are welcome to join. This class is suited to the intermediate and advanced exerciser. If you are interested in having a private session with Julie prior to joining this format, she will excitedly help and work with you!
