We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

The mission at Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors- and Carry Forward is our chance to fuel that mission in a powerful way. Yoga with Michelle Tuesdays and Thursdays | 10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m. This group exercise centers breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness. Michelle will lead you through stretching exercises and poses that strengthen and help to correct posture.

Leave the cooking to Chef Daniel and enjoy a beautifully crafted Thanksgiving meal with all your favorite traditional dishes and a few festive surprises. From savory roasted turkey to decadent desserts, this feast is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. Gather with friends and family for an evening of warmth, celebration, and culinary delights Registration Information: Contact your member experience team to request a table using one of the following methods. Please note that your table is not confirmed at the time of your request -- our team is individually placing each party based on availability, and you will receive a response either confirming or waitlisting your reservation shortly after your request. Text: Text club members! You will have received a text alerting you that it is time to start registration. Simply text "Thanksgiving" and your party headcount to the text line, and we will respond shortly to confirm. Trivia Night Every Saturday from 5-7pm Complimentary event! Join us for Trivia Night every Wednesday from 5-7pm! Gather your team of 6 and test your knowledge in a fun, complimentary event. First come, first serve seating in the bar and lounge. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team of each round. Flying solo or need teammates? No worries—just show up, and we'll help match you up. Come for the trivia, stay for the camaraderie! Registration not required.
