Lift & Pump Mondays 9am This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

Vinyasa Yoga with Becki Tuesdays at 5:30pm | Movement Studio Join us for evening Yoga at the club. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. Poses are connected in a smooth, continuous sequence, helping build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while creating a steady, rhythmic pace. This class is a moderate to high intensity class and is suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat if you are able. We have a limited number available to borrow. About Becki: Becki has lived most of her life in the Midwest and returned to the Pacific Northwest in the summer of 2022. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 and became a 240-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher through Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center in December 2020. Becki believes everyone, every body, can do yoga. She brings kindness, energy, love, and grace to every practice while holding space for you and your individual practice.
