Fitness - HIIT Class With Karen G.

HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. F.I.T. Group with Lincoln Instructor - Lincoln Focus Interval Training is what your tennis needs! (Cost $15 per day) Have you ever lost a point just because you couldn't get to the ball on time? Or that footwork was not on point to get to that ball to finish off the winner down the line? That's why Coach Lincoln Bedrich will be taking your fitness and footwork to another level. Any great tennis player looks like they are gliding around the tennis court and that's what we want for you. F.I.T Group will utilize the combination of speed and agility and pair it with strength and conditioning to allow your player to be the best he/she can be. The drills and workouts that will be used are the same drills that are being used with todays rising stars and touring pros. With several years at the highest level of tennis, Coach Lincoln will bring his knowledge of these skills to propel the athletes to new levels. This added component of the game is never overlooked at the top levels and is an absolutely necessity for your player to reach the next echelon of tennis greatness!

Fitness - HIIT Class With Karen G.

HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. Group Exercise - F.I.T. Group with Lincoln (For Teenagers)

F.I.T. Group with Lincoln Instructor - Lincoln Focus Interval Training is what your tennis needs! (Cost $15 per day) Have you ever lost a point just because you couldn't get to the ball on time? Or that footwork was not on point to get to that ball to finish off the winner down the line? That's why Coach Lincoln Bedrich will be taking your fitness and footwork to another level. Any great tennis player looks like they are gliding around the tennis court and that's what we want for you. F.I.T Group will utilize the combination of speed and agility and pair it with strength and conditioning to allow your player to be the best he/she can be. The drills and workouts that will be used are the same drills that are being used with todays rising stars and touring pros. With several years at the highest level of tennis, Coach Lincoln will bring his knowledge of these skills to propel the athletes to new levels. This added component of the game is never overlooked at the top levels and is an absolutely necessity for your player to reach the next echelon of tennis greatness!

Fitness - HIIT Class With Karen G.

HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. Or that footwork was not on point to get to that ball to finish off the winner down the line? That's why Coach Lincoln Bedrich will be taking your fitness and footwork to another level. Any great tennis player looks like they are gliding around the tennis court and that's what we want for you. F.I.T Group will utilize the combination of speed and agility and pair it with strength and conditioning to allow your player to be the best he/she can be. The drills and workouts that will be used are the same drills that are being used with todays rising stars and touring pros. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. F.I.T. Group with Lincoln Instructor - Lincoln Focus Interval Training is what your tennis needs! (Cost $15 per day) Have you ever lost a point just because you couldn't get to the ball on time? Or that footwork was not on point to get to that ball to finish off the winner down the line? That's why Coach Lincoln Bedrich will be taking your fitness and footwork to another level. Any great tennis player looks like they are gliding around the tennis court and that's what we want for you. F.I.T Group will utilize the combination of speed and agility and pair it with strength and conditioning to allow your player to be the best he/she can be. The drills and workouts that will be used are the same drills that are being used with todays rising stars and touring pros. With several years at the highest level of tennis, Coach Lincoln will bring his knowledge of these skills to propel the athletes to new levels. This added component of the game is never overlooked at the top levels and is an absolutely necessity for your player to reach the next echelon of tennis greatness!
