Buns & Guns Level 2; Participants can expect to use moderate to heavier weights and will know how to execute exercises with good form. You will perform a variety of body weight exercises such as push-ups, planks and burpees, and perform various plyometrics exercises. You'll engage in challenging total body exercises that will get your heart rate up and strengthen muscles. The faster pace and more demanding exercises will generate a long term physiological response that is far greater than a calorie-matched cardio class.
